Nina is passionate about advancing international strategic stability in a rapidly changing world. She believes that as emerging technologies reshape the global balance of power, sound policy must anticipate change rather than react to it.

Her background spans economic and technology policy and diplomacy, with professional experiences in Washington at the White House, the U.S. Department of State, and numerous other executive agencies. In these roles, she has contributed to work on the Indo-Pacific and developed a deep understanding of how policy is crafted and executed at the highest levels of government.

She has complemented her federal government service with graduate study in Beijing as a Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University and as a Yenching Scholar at Peking University.
